This article explains how to reset the password for a POP3 mailbox through the hosting control panel.
This article applies to Shared Hosting, Reseller accounts and Dedicated Servers.
Login to your Donhost control panel.
Browse to the Mailboxes page for the desired account. The resulting page will display any POP3 mailboxes that are already present on the account.
Locate the required mailbox and underneath the Action heading click Change Password.
Enter a new mailbox password in the Password field and click Change Password.
Please note: Your password should be between 5 and 20 characters long and may consist of letters and numbers only.
